Recruiting apprentices is particularly important for organisations as they are their future leaders, managers and supervisors. These tests are only available to organisations. We are not permitted to sell tests to individuals.

Aptitude Tests – Saville Consulting
The Saville Consulting tests are designed for Operational, Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing & Construction Apprentices. We have used these tests for many years and our clients have recognised how they have assisted in identifying talented individuals across these areas of competence.
This is a combined test that looks at the candidates Verbal, Numerical, Error Checking, Spatial, Mechanical and Diagrammatic skills and summarises the findings from all of them in a single report. This range of tests adds great value for money and provides an in-depth assessment of candidates.

Behavioural Profile – Saville Consulting
The Saville Consulting Strengths questionnaires identify the potential strengths of individuals against the successful behaviours required for the role. It is designed to assess applicants against organisational and cultural fit.
The Operational Strengths questionnaire identifies the potential strengths of an individual against the behaviours required for Technical Apprentices and Operational Staff in Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and Transport.
Whilst a behavioural profile does not provide the same level of detail as a full personality profile, Work Strengths has been shown to accurately predict behaviours and improve the calibre of later stage candidates. It allows better candidate placement by showing performance enhancers and inhibitors and provides a positive experience for the candidates by presenting them with relevant questions that they can complete quickly.
